  • Our Wholesale program is for products only. It does not include Certification programs, classes, or service of any kind.
  • The state of Florida requires that we maintain a hard copy of each wholesalers’ Resale Sales & Use Tax certificate (not an EIN number).
    • Please email a copy of your Resale certificate to us at Support@foodhealingdeck.com
  • Wholesale Minimum purchase is $100.00 (International orders have a $150.00 Minimum) plus Shipping & Handling.
  • Wholesaler receives 30% off our Retail Listed prices on foodhealingdeck.com.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Policy...A current credit card is required for all orders placed.
    • We accept Visa, MC and AMEX. The credit card number must be included with your order and we must have the Resale Sales & Use Tax Certificate on file.
  • Item price may not be listed for sale less than the listed Retail Price on foodhealingdeck.com
    • Exception: wholesaler may list ‘On Sale’ during a specific promotion that has a specific end date. Original price must be shown with the Sale price.
  • We ship most orders within 3 business days of receipt of wholesaler’s Resale Sales & Use Tax certificate .
  • Customer satisfaction guaranteed...if you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and return the merchandise for a refund or credit towards your next order. Merchandise will not be refunded without prior approval. If you contact us within the 5 days and receive approval the merchandise must be shipped back to us within the next 5 days. Any merchandise returned after 10 days will not receive a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
  • Damaged or Missing Merchandise- Any damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order. If any items are damaged or missing please keep all packing materials or we will not be able to issue any credits. Note any damaged or missing boxes with the carrier. If an item is damaged please email a picture of the damaged item. Once you contact us regarding damaged merchandise we will issue instructions on what to do with the merchandise. No credit will be issued for any damaged merchandise returned without prior approval.
  • All refunds/credits less than $25.00 will be issued in the form of a Store Credit applied to your next order.
  • If you are visiting us in person at an expo or event a valid wholesaler’s Resale Sales & Use Tax certificate (not EIN number) and business card must be on file or presented prior to sale. Items purchased at an expo or event cannot be exchanged or returned. We are not responsible for any damages to merchandise carried out from the expo/event.
  • We do not accept checks as a payment method.
